Following the decision in 2017 by Warwickshire County Council (WCC) to grant outline planning permission for the development of two new schools on land adjacent to Rokeby Primary School, the detailed design proposals have been prepared to reflect the development requirements that were approved as part of that permission.
A flyer has been delivered to local neighbours confirming that the reserved matters application has now been submitted to WCC, providing some initial detail of the proposed layout and confirms where information on the proposals can be obtained.
The application has been confirmed as valid by WCC and all comments on the proposals should be submitted directly to WCC using application reference RBC/18CC002.
